From the beginning we work with you and your lender to determine what loan program is best for you and what payment and purchase price fits your budget. So once the offer is accepted, it’s inspection time, and we work together to determine what issues need resolution. Our portfolio of excellent contractors can come to our assistance. Once we have completed that hurtle we work together with the title company and loan company to get us to a smooth and joyful closing. Our team handles the details so that all this happens according to plan and the closing is enjoyable and smooth.

Selling your home…this starts with our team viewing your home, helping you stage and decide what things to do to maximize your selling price. We then determine the price and agree on a plan of action. Then it’s our time to really shine…our industry-leading marketing approach that not only utilizes traditional marketing methods but also email campaigns, social media, videos, Facebook and our own secret sauce :-). We take pride in getting you the best price and creating an environment where interest breeds other interest. Once we are under contract we help you through the inspection and have a team of excellent contractors who can handle any issues. From there we work with the appraiser, title companies and monitor the loan process to again get to our trademark…a smooth closing.
