Once that happens we pull comparables of sold and pending homes and discuss a negotiation strategy. Upon a successful offer acceptance we still have much to do. From the beginning we work with you and your lender to determine what loan program is best for you and what payment and purchase price fits your budget. So once the offer is accepted, it’s inspection time, and we work together to determine what issues need resolution. Our portfolio of excellent contractors can come to our assistance. Once we have completed that hurtle we work together with the title company and loan company to get us to a smooth and joyful closing. Our team handles the details so that all this happens according to plan and the closing is enjoyable and smooth.

Selling your home…this starts with our team viewing your home, helping you stage and decide what things to do to maximize your selling price. We then determine the price and agree on a plan of action. Then it’s our time to really shine…our industry-leading marketing approach that not only utilizes traditional marketing methods but also email campaigns, social media, videos, Facebook and our own secret sauce :-). We take pride in getting you the best price and creating an environment where interest breeds other interest. Once we are under contract we help you through the inspection and have a team of excellent contractors who can handle any issues. From there we work with the appraiser, title companies and monitor the loan process to again get to our trademark…a smooth closing.

Ken brings to the Anderson Team a wealth of experience and success in the real estate and mortgage industry.

It all began for Ken about 30 years ago in the mortgage industry which he excelled at and climbed the ranks to the President of his own Mortgage company. After his success in mortgage he elected to use his experience and skills to pursue a new career in real estate. Ken has proven himself already as a real estate agent and elected to join The Anderson Team to take his career to a higher level. Ken and Jeff Anderson have been friends for 27 years and both are founders and co-chairmen of the St Jude’s fundraising event called the “Fall Festival of Hope”. This wonderful event is now in its 17 year and has raised almost 4 million for the cure of catastrophic childhood diseases.

Sarah Anderberg has brought a variety of office management skills and mortgage experience to the Anderson Group.

With over 11 years of experience with office management, accounting, mortgage lending and customer service Sarah has been an outstanding addition to the team. She has been able to maintain and improve our online presence with her marketing ideas and has a keen ability to grasp new technologies to continually put us on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. She is passionate, efficient, reliable and is a great client liaison.

In Sarah’s free time you will find her hanging out with her son as a full time hockey mom. If she’s not in the office she’s at the rink!
