We at The Anderson Team are committed to providing exceptional real estate service and assist our clients in what is one of the most important financial decisions of their life. We also feel that it is essential we give back our time and money to those that need and deserve our help.
Eighteen years ago two members of the Anderson Team, Ken Phad and Jeff Anderson, founded the local fund raiser for St Judes Hospital in Memphis that is committed to finding cures for catastrophic diseases for children. This yearly gala event is called The Fall Festival of Hope and has raised over $4 million for the wonderful work St Jude’s hospital does for our future and what we love most – our children.
Twelve years ago Jeff Anderson was one of the few who helped start Tee it up for the Troops (www.teeitupforthetroops.org) to help those active duty military personal, reserves, our veterans and their families. This event has grown from one golf event to over 60 golf events in 40 states this year. This year this charity will have raised over 10 million dollars since 2006 to help those who have given so much and ask for so little. Jeff is a past president and current member of the board of directors.
Why is it important for you to know this? Well we simply believe that if you’re going to choose someone for such an important financial decision as buying or selling a home, you need to know and trust that the person has your interests in mind and that their life and real estate career is not all about money but ethically and responsibly conducting business.
