Update on the Coronavirus in Minnesota. The State of Minnesota has the smallest number of coronavirus cases in the Nation per 1,000 population. The Governor, Tim Walz, issued an executive order 20-19 https://mn.gov/governor/news/executiveorders.jsp That we are to be “in shelter until May4th. That includes restaurants, business and schools. This also is in effect for public and private schools and Universities and Colleges. why Minnesota is the best state in america top 10 reasons 1. First, Our license plates say we have 10,000. Rather that is us just being modest. Here we have 11,000 lakes and 90,000 miles of shoreline. In contrast, that’s  more than the shoreline of Hawaii, California and Florida combined!
